The Daytona, Florida dispensary is a free-standing retail building located along the highly-trafficked International Speedway Boulevard, which is a major thoroughfare in the Daytona area. The building was originally constructed in 1972 but was extensively renovated in 2018 to serve as a dispensary with retail storefront with patient consultation rooms, and waiting areas and a vault that is used to store inventory outside of business hours. 

The Fort Pierce, Florida dispensary is a mixed-use building that is located along US Highway 1, which is the primary commercial corridor in the area. Roughly one-third of the building is utilized as a dispensary. The remaining building area is climate-controlled warehouse space.  The Fort Pierce property was extensively renovated in 2018 with retail storefront along with patient consultation rooms and a waiting area.
