The Fort Pierce, Florida dispensary is a mixed-use building that is located along US Highway 1, which is the primary commercial corridor in the area. The remaining building area is climate-controlled warehouse space.  The Fort Pierce property was extensively renovated in 2018 with retail storefront along with patient consultation rooms and a waiting area.
